Certifications

In our capacity as solicitors, we are regularly asked to certify a photocopy of an original document as the true copy of the original. Documents that usually require certified copies are:

• Lasting Power of Attorney
• Passport
• Birth Certificates
• Degree Certificates
• ID documents

We provide a certification service for a minimum fee of £75 depending on the number of documents to be certified.

Some organisations such as banks will not accept certified copies of original documents and may require the original document or for it to be notarised. Please note we do not offer notary services.
